Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is recommended when cancelling an appointment.

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in that space.

Most businesses charge full price for appointments missed without notice and

do not allow rescheduling until the payment has been made.

Please call as soon as you can.

Late Arrivals

If you know that you must arrive late, please call or text us

so that we can adjust the schedule to smooth things out for others.

In the wisdom from a compassionate view, we know that the goal is to relieve stress.
